Every June a new board term for APECS Germany begins, and we are excited to share the following updates with you:
A new APECS Germany Chair Team has been elected during May and we welcome our new chair Lukas Monrad-Krohn as well as Lena Nicola and Joana Steffens, who will work as co-chairs. The new APECS Germany Leadership Team has taken over from 1st June 2025. Alexandra Zuhr, our chair for the last term, will continue to support us as APECS Germany board member. Many thanks to Alex who kept the overview of our on-going activities, organised our seminar series POLARSTUNDE and more!
The work of APECS Germany would not be possible without our board members! We are excited about every new board member, who joined throughout the last term! Thanks to also all APECS Germany board members, who left during the 2024-2025 period for their engagement. We especially thank Erik Loebel, Marek Muchow, Elisa K. Peter and Moritz Zeising for all their work and contribution to APECS Germany during the last years. They have now left the board due to other responsibilities and we look back to all the awesome work they did for our community.
